- Project content: datasets, analyses, figures, citations, manuscripts, uploaded files, and export outputs you create in the Service.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps needed to secure and operate the Service.
- Preferences: theme and cookie consent choices stored in your browser.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, projects, and document editing features.
- Store and process Your Content so linked tables, figures, and citations can update as you work.
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and diagnose outages.
- Respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Your Content to train public AI models.
Sharing

Retention
We keep account and project data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated project data by contacting support@inklyresearch.com. Some logs may be retained for a limited period for security and legal compliance.
