These Terms of use govern access to InklyResearch (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

InklyResearch is intended for students, researchers, educators, and labs who manage research data and manuscripts. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at support@inklyresearch.com if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.

You retain ownership of datasets, manuscripts, figures, citations, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, storing files, running analyses, and rendering documents).

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate applicable law or third-party rights, including privacy and research ethics rules that apply to your work.

• Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content you are not allowed to share.
• Do not use the Service to misrepresent research results or to violate institutional policies that apply to you.

Statistical results, figure generation, and export formats are provided as tools to support your writing. You remain responsible for verifying methods, numbers, citations, and submissions. InklyResearch is not a substitute for statistical consultation, institutional review, or legal advice.

We may modify features, suspend access for maintenance or abuse, or update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. InklyResearch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost data, missed deadlines, or publication outcomes.
